The State Environmental Review Process (SEQRA) is underway.
On July 30, 2008, the New Rochelle City Council approved a scope of tasks to be included in the environmental review of the project.
Over the next three to four months Forest City will address all the tasks included in the scoping document. The results will create the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS).
