2005 - City of New Rochelle begins RFQ/RFP process

2006 - Forest City Residential chosen in competitive RFP

2007 - Forest City begins due diligence and planning processes

2008 - City enters into a memorandum of understanding with Forest City Residential and the state environmental review progress (SEQRA) begins.
